Zapper HUB

To integrate with Zapper HUB, you need to configure the Zapper HUB service provider in your Chatvolt account.

Get your Zapper HUB credentials

There are two ways to get your credentials:

1. Requesting credentials via Chatvolt:

   • You can request an account to be created for you directly from the Zapper HUB integration page in Chatvolt.
   • After requesting, you will receive your API token and instance ID by email.
   • Important: Please be aware that it may take up to 3 days for your account to be created and the credentials to be sent.

2. Using your existing Zapper HUB account:

   • Access your Zapper HUB account and get your API token.
   • Get your Zapper HUB instance ID.

Configure Zapper HUB in Chatvolt

1. Go to the Integrations page in your Chatvolt account.
2. Click on the Zapper HUB integration.
3. Enter your Zapper HUB API token and instance ID.
4. Save the configuration.

Now you can send messages through the Zapper HUB integration using the API.
